I bought Algernon Dining Table on 2020, it is a more than $7000 usd table and took 10 months to arrive to us. The first time it came, one of the leg came broken. We waited another 4-5 months for it to ship another table base from Portugal. The table base arrives with another missing part. There customer service is non-existent so there no way to return the item or do anything about it. At this point we are still missing a top part of the table. After finally putting it to use. in 3 months the leg metal part is broken. And one the pieces on the marble fall off. Try to avoid this company at all costs, although their product might look good on the catalog, but the quality is worse than some furniture you can get for 10% of the price. The worse is that it's a international company, so their customer care only exists before you place the order. Once they took your money there's no service whatsoever.

Shocking customer service. Unresponsive and do not care. When they do come back - the delay is explained as "your email went to spam" - but as someone who has been emailing before, I find this very hard to believe. I'd stay away. I have used them before with no problem many years ago but it seems as though something has changed in the last few years. Avoid at all costs.

I have unsubscribed from countless mailings (50 at least) by this company only to get new ones from a seemingly different email but the same physical company address. I have sent emails asking to be unsubscribed, and resorted to blocking contacts and am still getting spam months later. This leaves such a bad taste that it’s the only salient thing about the organization. I would strongly reconsider your practices as I am so annoyed by this, I would be willing to go out of my way to not do business with you.

On behalf of a client, I purchased a custom sized Grava dining table from Covet House in 2022 and received it in 2023. When it arrived it had SERIOUS flaws in both appearance and functionality. After admitting that there were significant issues and with design and function, the management team at Covet House decided not to do anything to help me. They said that the piece was for display and was fit for purpose. This is fraud. They are a terrible company with bad ethics. I DO NOT recommend them and will tell everyone I know about how badly they have behaved.

I have unsubscribed and sent them endless emails to remove me from their emailing list (which sends 10 emails per week minimum from different accounts) and I keep receiving emails. Very unhappy with their service and surely I won't be using their services.

We ordered the Florence Center Table and were told we would get tracking information July 2021. It is now January 2022. We could not get ahold of anyone or any help for the longest time. When we finally got a response, the table couldn't be found. Once they found it, they tried to have us sign a waiver stating that they wouldn't be responsible if it arrived damaged or we could pay $3,289.42 to have it delivered. We still do not have the table, or a reasonable solution and the company is in no rush to get it sorted. Horrible customer service and trying to hand off issues to other departments and companies. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!

Imposible que te borren de su mailing. NO LES DES TU EMAIL. Son 10 empresas y te bombardean a publicidad en el correo electrónico. I’ve tried also 100 times over the past one year to remove my email address from this spam company.
