Ramos and his team at Vemag LDA were the engineers and technicians involved in the recent installation of our Contigo provided Solar Back Up system. We had a great experience with the people we met at our house. They were professional, friendly and efficient. I can highly recommend Vemag Lda. Adilson & his team who did a great job in installing our solar panels, battery and mains grid failure smart back up which keeps our home powered from the battery in the event of a power outage ( just having the solar panels and battery would shut down the system in the event of a power outage as many people with solar panels discovered to their dismay in the last big recent blackout ) I would like to make a special mention to their commitment in keeping up excellent communication with us during the installation, with regular what’s app updates and even vehicle location sharing when waiting for an arrival ( we live far away in the hills and it’s not always straight forward getting here ) Adilson was always very fast in getting back to me with any questions or queries that I had before and during the installation. Good price, great service completed on schedule, thank you Vemag 👏
